How do I get a Pathway Login?
Your login is created when you complete the inquiry form or submit an online application on the Admissions tab, or submit a paper application for admission.  When your information is entered into our system, an email will be sent to you with a login ID and PIN.

I forgot my login ID and/or PIN.
Click on Pathway Login Help or send an email to portalhelp@ciis.edu.  For security purposes, include your full name, birth date, and the last 4 digits of your Social Security number.

I was logged out automatically.  Why?
To protect unauthorized access, a time limit is set on each login session. After a period of inactivity, you will be automatically signed out.  It may be a little inconvenient, but the security of your information is very important!

I got a Page Not Found error.
During peak usage times, such as the Add/Drop period, Pathway can become overloaded and start to generate error messages.  The only way around this is to close your browser and come back to Pathway to try again.

Is Pathway secure?
Yes. there is hardware and software in place to protect your data as it is sent across the Internet.
